- Season chicken with salt and pepper and then in large skillet, heat oil and sauté chicken until slightly brown on each side.
- Remove chicken and set on plate.
- Sauté onions in same skillet over low heat until translucent.
- Slice chicken into 1 inch thick strips.
- Add chicken back to skillet, then add balsamic mixture, cover and cook on medium heat for approximately 5 more minutes.
