𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒: ⁠⁠

🤍1 head cauliflower⁠⁠
🤍1/2 cup flour⁠⁠
🤍1 cup tapioca flour⁠⁠
🤍1 cup pesto⁠⁠
🤍3 tbsp chive cheese spread⁠⁠
🤍2 cups peas 
🤍2 large bunches broccoli (or any green veg 🥦✅)
*𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝟒⁠⁠

𝐃𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:⁠⁠
⁠⁠
𝟏. Steam cauliflower + purée until totally smooth. Leave to cool.⁠⁠
⁠𝟐. Take puréed cauliflower, add the flour + mix with spoon to create a dough. Give dough a quick knead.⁠⁠
⁠𝟑. Flour surface, roll dough into a sausage shape, cut into small pieces + roll over a fork to create gnocchi⁠⁠
⁠𝟒. Boil pan of water, add gnocchi + cook for three minutes until they float to the surface. Scoop them out + place to the side. ⁠⁠
⁠𝟓. Boil broccoli + peas until cooked, and drain. ⁠⁠
⁠𝟔. Using the same pan, mix the gnocchi with chive cheese spread, pesto, broccoli, peas, a squeeze of lemon + a pinch of salt.
