How to Cleanse by Eating Healthy Food

I’m a big fan of cleansing, but a cleanse shouldn’t be a quick-fix way to drop a few pounds. I want to teach you how to cleanse in a way that will lead to a healthier, clean way of eating that lasts. Think of it as laying the foundation for long term healthy habits.

For example, at the end of a liquid cleanse, you’re often starving, so you’re likely to revert to the same behaviors that led to the cleanse in the first place.

In this video, I give you an example of how to do a four-day cleanse by simply eating healthy, detoxifying foods. Most importantly, you’ll be using those four days to create new healthy habits you can rely on over the long-term.

Watch the video to get started, and if you’re ready for a deeper cleanse, check out my detailed Nutritious Life Guide to Cleansing e-book, here.
