1 cup Kefir

1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

1 cup watermelon, frozen and cubed

1/2 cup strawberries

1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves



  1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until desired thickness.


First, it tastes like summer. Second, watermelon contains more potassium than bananas (hello, electrolytes!) and plenty of cancer-fighting lycopene, while cucumber is ultra-hydrating. Strawberries provide a trifecta of powerful inflammation-fighting antioxidants, including vitamin C.
