What’s your go-to breakfast? Acai with blueberries, Anita’s Coconut Yogurt, and homemade granola.
Your go-to workday lunch? One bowl meal: greens, quinoa, sauerkraut, cherry tomatoes, pepitas, avocado, and seaweed.
Your go-to workday dinner? Warm kale, farro, and mushroom salad.
What’s the one food you always have in your fridge? Lemons.
The snack you always have with you when traveling? Almonds.

How often do you exercise, and what’s your workout of choice? I walk a few miles daily. Then yoga is my preferred movement.
