LARA METZ, MS, RDN, CDN, Founder of Lara Metz Nutrition

For over a decade, Lara has been dedicated to improving the health and well being of others through expert nutrition and lifestyle counseling. After working closely with Keri for years (she is the very first TNS grad!), she created her own successful New York City practice, where she empowers clients to live healthier, improve their energy, and have better relationships with food. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Greater New York Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group, and Women’s Health and Reproductive Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group.

DANIELLE DIAMOND, NLC, Founder of Xen Strength Yoga

Danielle believes that her yoga and meditation practice is the sole reason that she was able to face her biggest challenges head on: her mother’s suicide, father’s bankruptcy, divorce, and more. Driven by her passion to teach others to thrive by learning to stress less, slim down, and smile more, she founded Xen Strength Yoga, a modern take on yoga that combines flexibility, strength, balance, cardio, and core training in one multi-tasking workout. Danielle teaches at A-list wellness events and regularly shares her expertise via the Today Show, Dr. Oz, Shape, Yoga Journal and Self.​

REBECCA SCHONFELD, NLC Holistic Health Coach

Rebecca suffered from chronic anxiety and depression for most of her life, and she was inspired to use her education and experience to help others. She now serves as a Mental Health Advocate, with a mission to end the stigma associated with mental illness in the modern world. She takes a three-part approach to maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle, and is inspiring others to do the same through a regular yoga practice, daily exercise, and conscious eating habits.
