The 10 Easiest Healthy Recipes On Our Site

We’re all about attempting a complicated, gourmet, five-course meal on the weekends, but the easiest healthy recipes are the ones you rely on. The ones you come back to over and over on the busiest days. That keep you from having a stress meltdown when you get home at 8:00 p.m. on a Wednesday. That help you stick to your nutrition goals for real.

And these…these are as easy as it gets. Seriously, you should try following them while wearing a blindfold. (Kidding!)

We’re not kidding about the fact that for most of these dishes, you’ll follow the recipe once and then know how to make it without the instructions for the rest of your (healthy kitchen) life.

We chose a fast, protein-rich breakfast, gluten-free bread, veggie sides, a main course, and even a few desserts. So no matter what you’re looking for, there’s a simple solution on this list.

Shh…just don’t tell your chef sister-in-law who works at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Nutritious Life’s 10 Easiest Healthy Recipes

Overnight Oats

Nope, you don’t have to stand there while they cook. Come morning, they’ll be ready to go long before you are.

PB&J Yogurt

This one only qualifies as a recipe because it so perfectly nails a classic flavor combo, despite the fact that it involves zero effort.

Keri’s Lemon Dressing

It’s made with four ingredients and works on basically everything. You’ll never have to buy or make another dressing again.

Nut and Seed Bread

Gluten-free bread is notoriously gummy and gross. This one isn’t, and all you have to do to make it is basically dump a bunch of nuts and seeds into a pan and put it in the oven. Voila!

Beet Dip

This is great for unexpected company. Throw a few ingredients in a blender and you’ve got delicious dip that happens to also be a highly Instagrammable color.

Spicy Roasted Zucchini Corn

Summer veggie trick: Toss corn and zucchini on a sheet pan. That’s almost the whole process.

Mashed Butternut Squash

Fall veggie trick: Don’t even think about spending 20 minutes peeling that squash. Bake it, scoop it, and enjoy.

Parchment Baked Salmon

As long as you’ve got parchment paper (add to your iPhone shopping list now), you’ll have restaurant-level salmon ready in 15.

Choco Avocado Pudding

This is one kind of “instant” pudding we’ll actually eat.

Banana Coconut Popsicles

A dessert that will transport you to the tropics almost immediately, no flight time required.
