Susan Freel

After receiving an MSW from Boston College, Susan worked with occupational health and safety, helping employees and their families pursue healthy lifestyles. After learning that her first child had multiple food allergies, she began to understand the often overwhelming difficulties of managing life with allergies. Another child with food allergies prompted Susan to start working with individuals and families to help them navigate their health and wellness. She became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through iPEC Coaching, as well as a Certified AllerCoach™.  She has since earned her designation as a Nutritious Life Master Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach to further assist clients with healthier lifestyle habits.
