Meg Reichert, MS, CPT, works with women to achieve their wellness goals, focusing on hormonal health, small change, and SMART goals. She encourages her clients to start with food and fitness and then broaden their views of health and wellness so they can achieve optimal wellness. Meg, whose background is in mental health therapy, utilizes mindfulness and the coach/client relationship to encourage her clients to meet their goals head on with strength and confidence. Meg is Nutritious Life Certified and is working towards becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC).
