The *body positivity* movement has been so centered around embracing loving the way you look, but it’s unrealistic to love the way you look every single day. And, there is no shame in that! You can be building a healthy relationship with FOOD and with YOUR BODY and still not love the way you look all the time. If you're feeling more neutral about your bod (or even negative), don't force yourself not to feel this way, instead try focusing on:

👉 Doing a workout that you know makes you feel all the endorphins
👉 Eating foods that you're craving and also make you feel good after
👉 Being honest about how you really feel

I have always loved being active outside but ever since COVID and spending more time at home and inside, I need to get outside and move before the day really gets going. Even on the weekends. ☀️
