
Jennifer Silverman
Jennifer, a Baltimore native, earned a Master’s in Health Promotion Management with a specialization in Nutrition Education from American University in Washington D.C. earning her both an M.S. and C.N.S. Jennifer spent nearly a decade consulting organizations in the public and private sector on their employee wellness programs. She developed health education programs, led seminars and worked closely with a number of Fortune 500 companies to create strategies to improve productivity and drive lasting behavior change.
Jennifer also studied holistic nutrition at The Nutrition School in Manhattan. Jennifer was featured in Fit Mama City, a site tailored to the “superwomen” who run their households, have successful careers all while maintaining their sense of self. Jennifer has contributed to Shape Magazine, Business Insider, Reader’s Digest, Runner’s World, Eat This Not That, Aaptiv, and Ladders.
When not working, you can find her working out or spending time with her husband and three kids.
