Jane Hanisch

Jane is a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and nutritionist living in Charlotte, NC. She holds her Bachelors in Exercise Science and is a certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine. She recently completed her 500 hr yoga teacher certification and Masters Level 2 with TNS. As a former professional ballerina and current model Jane has lived the many ups and downs of body insecurity, disordered eating, and self judgement. Currently, Jane primarily works with women educating and encouraging them to live not only their sweatiest and healthiest lives, but to feel their best inside and out. When she’s not breaking a sweat you can find Jane spending time with her husband and dogs, volunteering at the local Humane Society, cooking and cleaning like crazy.
