Erin Parekh is an expert at empowering women to feel balanced in their bodies whether they’re experiencing weight fluctuations, sleep disturbances, gastro-intestinal distress, adrenal fatigue, fertility obstacles, or simply the toll of daily life.
Her private coaching practice is two fold, offering 1) personalized nutrition plans to support her clients’ unique biology + hormone function, and 2) encouraging healthy lifestyle habits + daily ritual through holistic wellness coaching. Because being truly well starts with, but goes much deeper than food.
In addition to 1:1 coaching, Erin offers cooking classes, kitchen makeovers, in-person talks + demonstrations, and corporate wellness programs. Her blog and social media platforms aim to help women listen to their bodies, balance hormones naturally, demystify wellness trends, and learn to love whole, nutrient-dense, plant-forward real food.
In 2019, Erin co-founded The reFRESH Society. A community-driven group coaching platform dedicated to simple, clean, whole food nutrition + making wellness a part of everyday life.
