We’re all about that mind-body connection, so be prepared to be led through meditation and yoga practices. You can start each day with a little Om and some Namaste, too. And you can totally just do it for the Savasana. No judgments here. (Seriously, we are a JUDGEMENT-FREE ZONE.)

The feedback on previous events was that breakout sessions were killer. NUTRITIOUS LIFE-APPROVED EATS
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included! C’mon, we LOVE food. Keri's been on three-hour feedings since she was a baby, so we never go hungry and you won’t either. You’ll have delicious, uber-healthy eats (hand-picked by Keri!) available to you from the moment you step in the door. We’ll introduce you to some awesome food and brands we love. GET YOUR SWEAT ON
You’ll be working up a sweat each day with some of our fave workouts with fellow alums and the team by your side! We practice what we preach, so prepare to move your bod and have FUN doing it. We keep these workouts totally stress-free, appropriate for all fitness levels, and use them as a way for us to connect in a positive (and sweaty!) way that doesn't involve a pencil or notebook.

Almost everyone who attends a Masterclass realizes at some point during the event exactly how valuable being an NL Certified alum is. What's included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to all event programming on Friday and Saturday, including lectures, workouts, networking opportunities, and more. You’ll also go home with a killer swag bag 🙂
Your ticket also includes the welcome cocktail/mocktail reception Thursday evening, plus healthy breakfasts, delicious lunches, and all nourishing snacks on Friday and Saturday.
Dinners, transportation and accommodations are not included.
After purchasing your ticket, you can reserve your hotel room at the Viceroy using our Nutritious Life Masterclass Room Block at the discounted rate of $375/night.
For air travelers, we recommend flying in/out of LAX airport and taking a taxi/Uber from the airport to the Viceroy, which is approximately 10 miles/30 minutes drive.

Is there strenuous physical activity?
While we encourage you to move your body with us each day, we also encourage you to listen to your own body. Our movement sessions are fun and fresh, and you can push yourself as hard as you’d like, or not at all. You do you!
Past Masterclass group workouts have included gentle yoga, Xtend barre, beach workouts, 305 Dance Fitness, Intensati, and more.
