Elisa Hallerman, PhD, JD

Dr. Elisa Hallerman is the Founder and CEO of the Recovery Management Agency (RMA).
Her career over the last 30 years has included a practicing attorney, a partner and head of the talent department at United Talent Agency as well as a partner in the talent department at William Morris Endeavor. Currently she is a top consultant and crisis manager in the mental health and addiction field. She is an addiction and trauma expert who treats mental health from a functional medicine approach. Dr. Hallerman believes that true wellness comes from healing underlying root causes.

In addition to her JD, Elisa holds a doctorate in Depth Psychology and Somatic Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with a focus on neuroscience and trauma. Elisa studied at UCLA to become a certified drug and alcohol counselor. She has studied Soul Psychology with renowned psychotherapist Thomas Moore PhD, and is currently becoming certified as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, as developed by Peter Levine PhD. Elisa is a member of The Institute for Functional Medicine, she has done over 100 hours of continued education through the National Institute for Clinical Application Of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM).

Dr. Hallerman is an accomplished author, with her influential book "Soulbriety: A Plan to Heal Your Trauma, Overcome Addiction, and Reconnect with Your Soul”.

Elissa Goodman, IHN

Elissa was diagnosed with cancer in her early 30’s and took the alternative route to heal herself. After having her two girls, she was then diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s, which she was able to put into remission too. Her husband was diagnosed with cancer at 43 and lost his battle a year and a half later. Elissa decided it was time to take her health more seriously and became an Integrative Holistic Nutritionist. Fast forward several years, and she has helped thousands of clients manage their health issues. Elissa has created several successful cleanses with Cafe Gratitude and M cafe, including her own delivered EG Kitchen Cleanse in Los Angeles and her digital 7-Day RESET cleanse. Her Super Seed Bars from the Cleanse are sold online nationwide. Yael Joffe, PhD, RD, FACN

In 2018, Dr. Yael Joffe founded 3X4 Genetics and now serves as its Chief Science Officer. Yael brings over 20 years of experience in nutrition, genetics, sound research, clinical practice and scientific integrity to 3X4.

Yael is globally acknowledged as a leading expert in the field of nutrigenomics. In 2000, she was part of the team that built the first lifestyle genetics test, and since then has been responsible for the building of many others. She is the author of four books, The Power of Genetics, It’s Not Just Your Genes, Genes to Plate, and SNP Journal. Stephanie Culver, MD, MA, FACOG, NCMP

Dr. Culver was raised in Palos Verdes, California, and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Pharmacology and Marine Sciences. As a postgraduate fellow, she worked in drug development at Sandoz Pharma in Basel Switzerland before pursuing her medical training. She is a graduate of The George Washinton University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at The University of Minnesota/Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She returned back to South Bay and opened a private practice providing full-scope OB/GYN care to her community. As a mother to 5 children, Dr. Culver transitioned to gynecologic care and has been a member of The Menopause Society member for several years and a certified menopause practitioner. Early on, Dr. Culver understood and recognized the unique and critical needs of midlife women and transitioned to reproductive health needs through telehealth. In the last few years, Dr. Culver has been educating women on the importance of midlife health and mindset transition and co-founded a menopause platform, Menosplain. Since then, the growth of telehealth and increased accessibility and education provided to women is where Dr. Culver finds many purposes and pursuits. She provides care at two start-ups - MyAlloy and Pandia Health, as well as providing voice and advocacy for improved accessibility to current guidelines of midlife women's care independently.
