  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 cup broccoli rabe
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
