Avocado Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons avocado
  • 2 fiber crackers

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix avocado into yogurt.
2. Spread on crackers or use as dip for endive and celery sticks (veggies can be part of breakfast too!)

WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE

Greek yogurt doesn’t have to just be for breakfast! Take yogurt from sweet to savory by whipping in this delicious green fruit. Avocados contain over 20 different vitamins and minerals, fiber, and loads of healthy monounsaturated fats, making them an amazing nutrient-dense addition to any meal. I love to spread this mix on a fiber cracker when I want to bite into something, or when I don’t have any clean spoons left :).
