  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 handful spinach, raw

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
