Love your book and program. I suffer from chronic breakouts that tend to heal very slowly. I have gone to dermatologists for years and even went through Accutane treatment. My skin is very sensitive and oily. I have breakouts under the skin that erupt without warning. I tried the Honey-Oatmeal mask and it seemed to help promote the healing. I cannot tell you how long I have been waiting for some type of diet as such! I am so excited to go out and get your books. All of your books!
